Customizing Merchandise Products

Update a merchandise product, its images, and its variants at any time from the Merchandise page in your location dashboard.

Before you start

You need the add merchandise permission to see the Merchandise page and make changes. If you do not see it, ask the account owner to check your role in Staff settings.

Update a product

1. In your location dashboard, open Merchandise.
2. Select the product you want to edit.
3. Change any of the following fields:
4. Click Update to save your changes.

Manage images

Each product can display multiple images. The first image in the list is used as the thumbnail.

1. On the product detail page, scroll to the Images (optional) section.
2. Click Add images and upload files that are under 10 MB each in JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP format.
3. Drag images to reorder them. The top image becomes the default thumbnail.

Manage variants

Variants are the sellable SKUs for a product. A single product can have multiple variants for color, size, or other attributes.

Add a variant

1. On the product detail page, click Add Variant.
2. Enter the variant details:
3. Save the variant. The UI confirms with Variant created.

Edit or remove a variant

1. On the product detail page, find the variant you want to change.
2. Update its fields or toggle its Active status, then save.
3. To remove a variant, select the variant and click Delete. The variant is removed immediately.

Delete a product

Deleting a product removes it and all of its variants from the location.

1. In the Merchandise list, open the product.
2. Click Delete.
3. Confirm the deletion.
