How to create a program

Events in Monstro X are built as programs with scheduled sessions. Open the Programs page in your location dashboard and click + Program to start.

Programs represent recurring events. Each scheduled day/time pair becomes a recurring session.

How to add a session to an existing program

If you need an extra session outside the regular schedule, add it directly to the program.

1. On the Programs page, find the program row.
2. Click the more options (⋯) menu and select Add Session.
3. Choose the Day, Time, and Duration in minutes.
4. Save the new session.

How to edit or cancel a session

Program details can be updated from the program list, but individual sessions are managed separately.

1. To update the program name, capacity, or other settings, open the more options (⋯) menu on the program row and select Update.
2. To cancel a single session, open the more options (⋯) menu on the session and select Cancel Session.

[!WARNING]
Sessions cannot be edited from the Update Program modal. You must cancel the individual session and add a new one if the time changes.

What to do next

• Add a member so they can enroll in the program.
• Set up holiday and custom closures if you need to block sessions for holidays or special events.
• Send a group message to notify members about schedule changes.
